Abstract

The general objective of the Implementation of Government Administration is an effort to increase Development, with specific research objectives are (1) Description of the implementation of government administration and (2) know the factors of the implementation of government administration in improving development. The research method is qualitative descriptive, and the results of the study show that; (1) The administration of the administration of Langgea Indah Village has not yet fully played an effective role in supporting development. This can be seen in the aspects of development administration service mechanisms as well as in the administration aspects of the development process, (2) Problems encountered in the implementation of government administration functions in Langgea Indah Village is (a) the level of professionalism of the government apparatus in implementing the implementation of the concept of village government administrative functions both conceptually and technically, (2) Inadequate institutional aspects and management of village development and (3) Lack of participation from local communities to carry out implementation of village development in accordance with the plans that were made previously.
