Abstract

The General Purpose of the Research is to analyze the Potential Sources of Original Local Revenues in the context of Development Funding for South Konawe Regency The specific objectives of the study are; (1) Knowing the efforts to increase the sources of PAD and (2) How much influence the regional original income in development financing. The research method is qualitative descriptive, and the results of the study indicate that; (1) The original local revenue collection system has run according to the procedures and provisions of the technical guidelines required in performing performances of the main tasks and functions of applying, billing and receiving PAD. (2) factors influencing the PAD billing process are the minimum number of billing personnel, most of whom have not attended functional technical education, the lack of availability of supporting infrastructure and low motivation and attention from superiors in terms of concrete appreciation and appreciation, and the low awareness the community.
