Abstract

The General Purpose of the Research is to know the Employee Work Ethics at the Korumba Kelurahan Office in the Mandonga Sub-District of Kendari City ", with Specific Objectives: a). What is the Employee Work Ethic at the Korumba Kelurahan Office in Mandonga Sub-District, Kendari City. b). What is the relationship between the Work Ethic and cultural values possessed by employees in Kelumba Village, Mandonga District, Kendari City? The research method is qualitative descriptive, and the results of the study indicate that; (1) Along with the development and government services directed at the community in the Korumba Kelurahan of the Mandonga Sub- District of Kendari City, the Employee Work Ethic continues to increase. From the results of the study obtained data that some Work Ethics that have increased are such as the Work Ethic in the use of work time, diligent attitude at work, honesty at work, efficiency at work, simplicity, agility in using work opportunities and energetic work attitudes. b). Various true beliefs are not related to religious values but cultural values or habits of employees of the Korumba Kelurahan Office of Mandonga District, which until now still tend not to be clouded, an increase in Employee Work Ethics.
