Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Tindak Pidana di Bidang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya

Abstract

This study aims to find out to find out the law enforcement against the crime of conservation of biological natural resources and the ecosystem of the application stage in the jurisdiction of Konawe Selatan District. This research was conducted in the Legal Area of Konawe Selatan to find out how the implementation of criminal law against criminal acts in the field of Conservation of Natural Resources aims to find certain legal norms in concreteness. The legal norms are then analyzed with the aim of finding theories about law in procces and law in action which in essence function in order to enforce criminal law to protect these wild animals. The results of the study show that: Law enforcement on the crime of conservation of living natural resources and its ecosystem by law enforcers in the jurisdiction of Konawe Selatan Regency is not maximal. This is due to the integration and coordination of weak law enforcement, where the belief that the conservation of natural resources is a limited sector is not a process that needs to be considered by all sectors, in terms of the quality of law enforcement officials that has not been balanced with the conservation forest area.
