Abstract

The research aims (1) to find out and analyze the application of disciplinary sanctions against members of the Indonesian National Police who commit crimes at the Anggotoa State Police School (SPN). (2) to find out and analyze the efforts of the Indonesian National Police in creating member discipline through imposing sanctions on perpetrators of disciplinary violations at the Anggotoa State Police School. The research is to conduct or implement the research process at the Anggotoa State Police School (SPN), Konawe Regency, where the problems raised by the researcher are directly related to the object of the problem. Research results (1) Application of disciplinary sanctions against members of the Indonesian National Police who commit crimes at the Anggotoa State Police School (SPN): Enforcement of disciplinary law by the Indonesian National Police against members of the Indonesian National Police who commit disciplinary violations at the Anggotoa State Police School (SPN), especially those committed by members of the Indonesian National Police, shows inconsistency in the application of the law. Based on Article 11 of Government Regulation Number 2 of 2003 concerning Dismissal of Members of the Republic of Indonesia National Police and Regulation of the Chief of Police Number 7 of 2006 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Indonesian National Police Code of Ethics Commission, Members may be dishonorably dismissed from the Indonesian National Police Service, because they have been proven legally and convincingly to have committed a crime, and have received a court decision that has permanent legal force. (2) The efforts made by the Indonesian National Police in this case SPN Anggotoa are through preventive disciplinary enforcement efforts aimed at preventing violations of discipline by members of the Indonesian National Police and also repressive disciplinary enforcement efforts carried out in accordance with the procedures for imposing disciplinary penalties as regulated in Government Regulation Number 2 of 2003 concerning Indonesian National Police Disciplinary Regulations, if it is true that a disciplinary violation case has occurred
