Efforts that must be made to prevent land grabbing are: a). Counseling, which is one of the government's tasks so that there is no conflict/unrest in society regarding land issues, it is required to provide explanations or counseling to the community regarding land. b). Deliberation, namely holding a deliberation between the party who feels they own the land and the party holding the rights to the land, deliberation is a very important stage in terms of land rights release, because at this stage the form and amount of compensation will be discussed.
