Abstract

Administratively the research area lies on Wolasi Sub Distritc, South of Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Geographically the research area coordinate be located to 04ᵒ 08' 49,7"- 04 09' 26,5"LS and122ᵒ 29'58,0"- 122 29' 32.2"BT. Research area included to Meluhu Complex geologic map of Kolaka sheet which Triasicc Meluhu age (TRJm)with the type of metamorphic rock in the form of mica schist and slate. Slope stability analysis aims to determine slope stability and provide slope reinforcement recommendations based on SMR values. Based on the SMR analysis, the slope conditions of all stations are categorized as stable but still have the chance of a long-term occurrence of around 20%, so there is a need for recommendations for slope reinforcement. At station 1 with a value of SMR 78, it is recommended to reinforce slopes in the form of trenches at the foot of the slope and installation of rock bolts. As for the slope reinforcement stations 2, 3 and 4 with the values of SMR 62, 67, and 70 are in the form of trenches at the foot of the slope and the installation of rock bolts is added in combination with wire mesh. Keywords:SMR, Slope Stability, landslide, slope reinforcement, Wolasi Sub Distritc, South of konawe regency
