The purpose of this study is to find out: 1). The correlation between arm muscle strength on overhead service ability of volleyball games at the students in SMAN 1 Lapandewa. 2). The correlation between long of arm on overhead service ability of volleyball games at the students in SMAN 1 Lapandewa. 3). The correlation between arm muscle strength and long of arm by simultaneously on overhead service ability of volleyball games at the students in SMAN 1 Lapandewa. The population in this study were all students of SMAN 1 Lapandewa that joining who take part in volleyball extracurricular activities totaling 20 people. The sample in this study taken by purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of being male who participated in extracurricular activities. The instrument used to measure of arm muscle strength by push-up test, then to measure of the ability of long of arm by using antropometry test, while to measure of overhead service ability by using overhead service test.Based on the product moment correlation test on the observed variables, it can be shows that: 1). there is a significant correlation between arm muscle strength (X₁) on overhead service ability of volleyball games, where rx1y 0,77 rtab ( 0,05: 20 = 0,444) with the coefficient of determination (r²) = 0.60. 2). There is a significant correlation between long of arm (X₂) on overhead service ability of volleyball games, where rx2y 0,94 rtab ( 0,05: 20 = 0,444) with the coefficient of determination r²= 0.88. 3). there is a significant correlation between arm muscle strength (X₁), and long of arm (X₂) by simultaneously on overhead service ability of volleyball games, with the coefficient of determination r²= 0.72.This research can be concluded that: 1). There is a significant correlation between arm muscle strength on overhead service ability of volleyball games, with a contribute to 60% to overhead service ability of volleyball games at the students in SMAN 1 Lapandewa. 2). There is a significant correlation between long of arm on overhead service ability of volleyball games, with a contribute to 88% to overhead service ability of volleyball games at the students in SMAN 1 Lapandewa. 3). there is a significant correlation between arm muscle strength (X₁) and long of arm (X₂) by simultaneously on overhead service ability of volleyball games at the students in SMAN 1 Lapandewa with a contribute to 72%.
