Abstract
Berdasarkan rekomendasi JNC VII, orang dewasa berusia ≥ 18 tahun dikatakan hipertensi apabila kondisi tekanan darah sistolik ≥ 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik ≥ 90 mmHg. Laporan WHO tahun 2020 memperkirakan 1,28 miliar otang di seluruh dunia menderita hipertensi. Kata kunci: Konsumsi Lemak, Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Kesehatan Abstract Hypertension is one of the major public health problems worldwide and its prevalence is increasing rapidly. Based on JNC VII recommendations, adults aged ≥ 18 years are said to be hypertensive if the condition of systolic blood pressure ≥ 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg. A 2020 WHO report estimated that 1.28 billion people worldwide suffer from hypertension. Indonesian basic health research data in 2018 shows the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 34.1%. And based on the health profile of the Kombikuno Health Center, the number of hypertension cases per year 2020-2022 is 166 cases, 71 cases and 80 cases, respectively. Hypertensive disease always ranks 2nd out of 10 diseases that often occur in the working area of the Kombikuno Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of hypertension in the work area of the Kombikuno Health Center. This type of research is quantitative research with case control research design, and sampling techniques using total sampling. The results of this study showed that there was an influence between sodium consumption habits and the incidence of hypertension (p-value = 0.016 0.05). Meanwhile, there was no influence between the use of health services and the incidence of hypertension (p-value = 0.751 0.05). Puskesmas is advised to invite the public to play an active role in the activities of Posbindu PTM (Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Diseases) as a step for early detection of non-communicable diseases, as well as providing education about risk factors for hypertension.
