Abstract

The company's community empowerment program needs to be analyzed for its sustainability level as a form of responsibility. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of sustainability in the management of mining areas in CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada in Marombo Beach Village, Lasolo District, North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and MDS analysis. The results showed that based on economic analysis and regional sustainability, it was seen that the large economic role of the mining industry, including CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada has not been able to support the sustainable development of the Morombo Pantai Village area, so the role of the mining industry needs to be increased and directed at community economic development and resource management in Morombo Pantai Village. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis tingkat keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan wilayah pertambangan CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada di Desa Marombo Pantai Kecamatan Lasolo Kabupaten Konawe Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis MDS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Berdasarkan analisis ekonomi dan keberlanjutan wilayah, terlihat bahwa peran ekonomi yang besar dari industri pertambangan termasuk CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada ternyata belum dapat mendukung keberlanjutan pembangunan wilayah Desa Morombo Pantai, sehingga peran industri pertambangan perlu ditingkatkan dan diarahkan pada pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat dan pengelolaan sumberdaya Desa Morombo Pantai.
