Abstract
In the organization variable, problem captured was no support from top management, lack of facilities, bad computer performance due to small RAM, and no Standard Oprational Prosedure (SOP) for SIMRS. On technology, the resulting information is in accordance with the needs of its users. Conclusion: The application of a medical record management information system is quite good, however in its implementation there are still some obstacles, so there is a need for improvement in the application of medical record SIM.
