Hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels resulting in the supply of oxygen and nutrients under the blood are inhibited to the body tissue in need where the systolic pressure 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure 90 mmHg. Data of hypertensive disease at Wua-Wua Public Health Center in the last 3 years is still a health problem especially in women. The prevalence of hypertensive patients in women in 2014 was 80.9%, in 2015 was 54.8%, in 2016 59.3% and in 2017 was 87.5% with a total of 35 cases. 30 of 35 cases of hypertension in women are known to be 36-45 years old. Thus, a method of analysis in the form of modeling is needed to predict the determinants of leprosy. One of the modeling used is Logistic Regression. This study aims to determine the risk factors and dominant factors of hypertension incidence in women aged 36-45 years in the working area of the Wua-Wua Health Center in Kendari City. This research is an analytic survey research with Case Control Study approach. The population of this research is 30 women aged 36-45 years, with total sampling technique with 30 cases and 30 controls. The results showed that contraceptive use, family history and obseity have significant correlation and risk of hypertension with p-value (contraception = 0,0019, family history = 0,0016 and obesity = 0,002) α (0,05 ) and OR (contraceptive = 4,125, family history = 4,157 and obesity = 6,417) 1. The most dominant variable influencing and risking the incidence of hypertension is Obesity. Logistic regression model obtained g (x) = -2,824 + 1.859 Obesity, where the chances of women aged 36-45 years who are obese will suffer from hypertension is 0.27 if obese. It is recommended for puskesmas Wua-wua and City Health Officials to increase prevention and extension activities to women aged 36-45 years who use contraception, have family history and obesity in order to prevent the occurrence of hypertension
