Abstract

Health is an investment to support economic development and has an important role in poverty reduction efforts, both in urban communities and in rural communities. Health development is essentially an effort carried out by all components of the Indonesian nation which aims to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live healthy for everyone in order to realize the highest degree of public health. The Healthy Indonesia Program through the Family Approach (IHP-FA) is one of the strategic programs in achieving national development goals in the health sector. The purpose of this study was to analyze the population’s health problems based on 12 indicators of a healthy family. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative survey approach using 100 selected respondents. The results showed that the low coverage of family members who did not smoke (47%), the coverage of hypertension sufferers who took medication regularly (49%) and the coverage of families who participated in the family planning program were also still low (57%). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the health problems of the population based on 12 indicators of healthy families in Lapuko village, Moramo sub-district, Konawe Selatan district in 2022 are the problem of low coverage of family members who do not smoke, hypertension sufferers who take medication regularly and low family coverage who participates in the program. KB. It is recommended for the puskesmas to make periodic counseling about the dangers of cigarette smoke, the benefits and side effects of family planning and the risk of hypertension sufferers if they do not seek treatment regularly
