Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of health resources towards the delay of claming JKN at Bahteramas General Hospital Southeast Sulawesi province. It is a qualitative research by using purposive sampling technique. It was undertaken through doing interview, literature study, and observasion. The research was conducted in January-februari 2021. It was shown that the influence of health resources towards the delay of claiming JKN at Bahteramas General Hospital Southeast Sulawesi province found. Therefore, it is suggested that Bahteramas General Hospital conduct a workload analysis of the JKN claim manager and assign BPJS health verifier in the hospital
