KRITERIA TANAH TERLANTAR BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 20 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG PENERBITAN KAWASAN DAN TANAH TERLANTAR DI DESA WAWORAHA KECAMATAN SOROPIA KABUPATEN KONAWE

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the community's legal understanding of the criteria for abandoned land based on Government Regulation Number 20 of 2021 concerning the Control of Areas and Wastelands. The stages of activities to be carried out are as follows: (a) the preparation stage includes: survey; stabilization and determination of locations and objectives; preparation of training materials, which include: broadcast materials, PowerPoint slides, (b) The implementation stage includes: (1) Explanation of material on the importance of land registration for the community. This session also focused on providing an explanation of the criteria for abandoned land based on Government Regulation Number 20 of 2021 concerning the Control of Areas and Wastelands as a form of education to partner village communities, (2) legal counseling activities on the criteria for abandoned land based on Government Regulation Number 20 of 2021 concerning the Control of Areas and Wastelands were carried out by a community service team from universities involving students. The methods used during the process of community service activities include: (a) the lecture method is chosen to provide a direct explanation of the extension material, (b) the question and answer method that allows the community to explore as much knowledge as possible about the extension material. The results achieved in community service activities through legal counseling can increase the understanding and knowledge of the people of Waworaha Village related to the criteria for abandoned land based on Government Regulation Number 20 of 2021 concerning Area Control and Abandoned Land, thus having an impact on increasing community legal understanding in terms of regulation of abandoned land as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 20 of 2021 concerning Area Control and Wastelands and participants' participation in participating in legal counseling activities from the beginning to the end of the activity aimed at the many questions asked by participants in the question and answer session.
