PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH MELALUI JALUR NON-LITIGASI DI DESA ABELI SAWAH KECAMATAN ANGGALOMOARE KABUPATEN KONAWE

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities is to increase the knowledge and understanding of the community about resolving disputes over land ownership rights through non-litigation channels in Abelisawah Village, Anggalomoare District, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Specifically, it can be explained that the problems experienced by the people of Abelisawah village are as follows: (1) public ignorance of the importance of land registration and what forms of land property rights disputes are (2) lack of knowledge regarding non-litigation land rights dispute resolution, (3) lack of socialization and education received by the public regarding non-litigation dispute resolution. The solution to the problems offered in this community service activity is to provide legal counseling to the community in partner villages regarding the resolution of land ownership disputes through non-litigation channels in Abelisawah Village, Anggalomoare District, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Legal counseling regarding the relevant laws and regulations can be carried out directly to the public.
