PENYELESAIAN MASALAH SERTIFIKAT TANAH GANDA DI DESA AMOSILU KECAMATAN BESULUTU KABUPATEN KONAWE

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the community's legal understanding of the issue of double land certificates in Amosilu Village, Besulutu District, Konawe Regency so as to provide legal certainty and legal protection of land ownership for the community. The stages of activities to be carried out are as follows: (a) the preparation stage includes: survey; stabilization and determination of locations and objectives; preparation of training materials, which include: impression materials, PowerPoint slides, (b) The implementation stage includes: (1) Explanation of material on solving the problem of double land certificates. This session also focused on providing an explanation of the causes of double land certificates and how to prevent them, (2) legal counseling on solving the problem of double land certificates was carried out by the community service team from universities by involving students. The methods used during the process of community service activities include: (a) the lecture method is chosen to provide a direct explanation of the extension material, (b) the question and answer method that allows the community to explore as much knowledge as possible about the extension material. The results achieved in community service activities through legal counseling can increase the understanding and knowledge of the people of Amosilu Village, Besulutu District, Konawe Regency related to solving the problem of double land certificates so that people who are aggrieved by the problem of double land certificates can take legal routes in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and the high enthusiasm of counseling participants in participating in activities from the beginning to The end of the activity was aimed at the many questions asked by participants in the question and answer session.
