FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDER (MSDs) PADA PENGEMUDI ANGKUTAN UMUM KOTA KENDARI TAHUN 2022

Abstract

Abstrak Musculoskeletal Disorder adalah keluhan atau gangguan seseorang yang sering dirasakan mulai dari keluhan ringan hingga bagian muskuloskeletal yang sangat menyakitkan yang meliputi sendi, saraf, otot dan tulang belakang akibat pekerjaan yang tidak wajar. Kondisi ini terjadi karena faktor individu, faktor pekerjaan dan faktor lingkungan. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk faktor yang berhubungan dengan Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) Pada Pengemudi angkutan umum kota kendari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi angkutan kota Kendari sebanyak 148 dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 97 populasi. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) Pada Pengemudi angkutan umum kota kendari Tahun 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan MSDs dengan p-value sebesar 0,036, terdapat hubungan antara lama kerja dengan MSDs sebesar, 0,021 dan terdapat hubungan antara sikap kerja dengan MSDs sebesar 0,033. Saran berdasarkan hasil penelitian, yang mana di Kota Kendari supir angkutan umum Kota Kendari banyak yang berpotensi mengalam MSDs dengan beberapa faktor seperti usia, lama kerja dan sikap kerja. Dengan adanya masala ini, yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah agar menurunkan angka MSDs yang ada di kota Kendari, pemerintah harus turun langsung kelapangan untuk sosialisasi terkait bahaya MSDs pada supir angkutan umum, dan juga perlu adanya modifikasi terhadap kursi supir angkutan umum serta adanyanya aktivitas olahraga rutin untuk kalangan supir angkutan umum Kota Kendari. This condition occurs due to individual factors, work factors and environmental factors. The general objective in this study is to factors associated with Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) Complaints in Kendari city public transportation drivers. The method used in this research is cross sectional study. The population of Kendari city transportation was 148 and the number of samples in this study was 97 population. The main objective in this study is to factors associated with Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) complaints in Kendari city public transportation drivers in 2022. Based on the results of the study there is a relationship between age and MSDs with a p-value of 0.036, there is a relationship between length of work with MSDs of, 0.021 and there is a relationship between work attitudes with MSDs of 0.033. Suggestions based on the results of the study, which in Kendari City public transportation drivers have the potential to experience MSDs with several factors such as age, length of work and work attitude. With this problem, what must be done by the government in order to reduce the number of MSDs in the city of Kendari, the government must go directly to the field for socialization related to the dangers of MSDs in public transport drivers, and also the need for modification of public transport driver seats and the existence of routine sports activities for public transport drivers in Kendari City.
