TINJAUAN MANAJEMEN WAKTU MENGGUNAKAN METODE ACTIVITY ON NODE (AON) (Studi Kasus: Gedung Ruang Tunggu Terminal Type A Baruga)

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is determining critis activity for the project of terminal building and knowing the diference o time and cost between project planning by contractor and researcher using AON method. Activity On Node (AON) method is the activity of the project planning which performend by text box. The correlation and linking of each tex box, showed through the lines of its AON links.Data collection is doing by comparing the activites and cost of the project from contractor. Data contais project schedule and duration of each activity. The activites followed by abalize the data and counting the cost of the project using its method. As the result of this research there are differences between the project contractor and researcher. It was 8 days faster by counting the project using this method and expenditure cost by Rp.1.903.295.294,98 from real cost Rp.2.090.328.612,28. It means that the project can save the cost around Rp.187.033.371,30 Abstrak Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kegiatan kritis pada proyek pembangunan terminal dan mengetahui perbedaan dalam penentuan waktu kritis serta biaya yang digunakan antara pihak kontraktor dan peneliti dengan menggunakan metode Activity On Node (AON).Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Activity On Node (AON). AON adalah sebuah aktifitas yang ditampilkan oleh sebuah kotak. Keterkaitan atau hubungan antara aktivitas-aktivitas yang ditunjukan oleh garis-garis antara kotak pada jaringan AON.Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mendapat durasi masing-masing kegiatan proyek dari kontrak. Setelah mendapatkan durasi masing-masing kegiatan proyek tersebut, maka langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan pengolahan data. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode AON (Activity On Node) dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan seberapa besar biaya yang keluar setelah menggunakan metode AON.
