Abstract

Abstract Traffic flow is a unique interaction between driver, vehicle and road. This study is entitled Performance Analysis of the MT Haryono Road Section Due to the Lippo Plaza Shopping Center. Thus, a parameter that can indicate the condition of the road is needed. Parameters used include traffic volume, side barriers and travel time.The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacity of the road, speed of travel time and degree of saturation due to the existence of a shopping center during rush hour on the MT Haryono road. Data collection method is a direct survey by recording traffic volume, side obstacles and travel time.The results obtained were the MT Haryono road capacity with very low side barriers class that is 6256.96 pcu / hour and high side barriers class that is 5561.74 pcu / hour, while for the performance of the road segments that are reviewed based on vehicle volume, travel time and degree of saturation that is for the volume of the vehicle of 2467 pcu / hour at the peak hour of the vehicle and for the speed of travel time of 20.30 km / h while for the degree of saturation of 0.424 Abstrak Arus lalu lintas merupakan interaksi yang unik antara pengemudi, kendaraan dan jalan. Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Kinerja Ruas Jalan M.T. Haryono Akibat Adanya Pusat Perbelanjaan Lippo Plaza. Dengan demikian diperlukan parameter yang dapat menunjukkan kondisi ruas jalan tersebut. Parameter yang digunakan antara lain volume lalu lintas, hambatan samping dan kecepatan waktu tempuh.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kapasitas jalan, kecepatan waktu tempuh dan derajat kejenuhan akibat adanya pusat perbelanjaan pada jam sibuk di ruas jalan M.T. Haryono. Metode pengumpulan data adalah survey secara langsung dengan mencatat volume lalu lintas, hambatan samping dan kecepatan waktu tempuh.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu kapasitas jalan M.T Haryono dengan kelas hambatan samping sangat rendah yaitu 6256,96 smp/jam dan kelas hambatan samping tinggi yaitu 5561,74 smp/jam, sedangkan untuk kinerja ruas jalan yang ditinjau berdasarkan volume kendaraan, kecepatan waktu tempuh dan derajat kejenuhan yaitu untuk volume kendaraan sebesar 2467 smp/jam pada jam puncak kendaraan dan untuk kecepatan waktu tempuh sebesar 20,30 km/jam sedangkan untuk derajat kejenuhannya sebesar 0,424.
