PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) DAN DEBT EQUITY RATIO (DER) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze Influence of Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies registered in the food and beverage sector for the period 2013-2017. The sample companies were 11 out of 14 companies. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis method and panel data regression estimation method.The results showed that simultanly the ROA and DER variables had a significant effect on stock prices. Partially ROA has a significant effect on stock prices, DER has not significant effect on stock prices.
