PERUBAHAN SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA GUMANANO SETELAH DITETAPKAN MENJADI DESTINASI WISATA PANTAI MUTIARA

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana Perubahan sosial ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat Desa Gumanano? 2) Bagaimana peran pemerintah daerah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Gumanano sebelum dan setelah ditetapkan menjadi destinasi wisata pantai? 3) Bagaimana Dampak wisata pantai terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Gumanano? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) Teknik Pengumpulan Data tediri dari beberapa bagian yaitu: wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. 2) Teknik Analisis Data. 3) Validasi Data. Dalam tinjaun pustaka penulis menggunakan konsep perubahan sosial, konsep ekonomi, konsep kondisi sosial ekonomi, konsep pariwisata, dan teori perubahan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Perubahan sosial ekonomi yang terjadi pada masyarakat Desa Gumanano yaitu Perubahan Pendapatan Ekonomi, sebelum diresmikannya objek wisata pantai, Masyarakat Desa Gumanano merupakan masyarakat yang kurang mampu, dalam hal ini sebagian besar dari Masyarakat Desa Gumanano bekerja dan hanya mengandalkan pada sektor pertanian dan nelayan saja untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Selain bertani, masyarakat juga bekerja sebagai peternak. Akan tetapi, setelah adanya destinasi wisata pantai pekerjaan masyarakat menjadi bermacam-macam seperti: tukang parkir, penjual keliling, dan ada yang membuka warung makan. Dengan demikian pendapatan masyarakat menjadi meningkat; 2) Peran pemerintah daerah Buton Tengah terhadap perbaikan infrastruktur kompleks pantai maupun jalan menuju pantai memberikan dampak ekonomi yang sangat luas, perubahan ekonomi tidak hanya dirasakan oleh masyarakat di sekitar pantai tetapi juga masyarakat dari luar daerah. Perbaikan selanjutnya yang langsung dikoordinasi oleh Pemda sejak tahun 2016; 3) Dampak Perubahan Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Gumanano yaitu Hubungan sosial yang menjadi lebih baik, hubungan yang terjalin semakin baik, dikarenakan mereka sering bertemu di lokasi wisata pantai di mana hubungan antar masyarakat yang terjalin di kawasan wisata rukun, akrab, dan semakin erat. Dampak Negatif Perubahan Sosial ekonomi bagi masyarakat Desa Gumanano, munculnya kecemburuan sosial dari desa lain. Kata Kunci: Perubahan Sosial, Peran Pemerintah Daerah, Destinasi Wisata ABSTRACT The problems studied in this research are: 1) How are the socio-economic changes that occur in the village of Gumanano? 2) What is the role of the local government in encouraging the economic growth of the people of Gumanano Village before and after being designated as a coastal tourism destination? 3) How is the impact of coastal tourism on the economic growth of the people of Gumanano Village? The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the following stages: 1) The data collection technique consists of several parts, namely: interviews, direct observation, and documentation. 2) Data Analysis Techniques. 3) Data Validation. In the literature review, the author uses the concept of social change, the concept of economy, the concept of socio-economic conditions, the concept of tourism, and the theory of social change. The results showed that: 1) The socio-economic changes that occurred in the Gumanano Village community, namely the Change in Economic Income, before the inauguration of the beach tourism object, the Gumanano Village Community was an underprivileged community, in this case most of the Gumanano Village Community worked and only relied on agriculture and fishermen sector alone to meet their daily needs. Apart from farming, people also work as breeders. However, after the existence of a beach tourism destination, the work of the community becomes diverse, such as: parking attendants, traveling sellers, and some who open food stalls. Thus the people's income will increase; 2) The role of the Central Buton regional government in repairing the infrastructure of the coastal complex and the road to the coast has a very broad economic impact, economic changes are not only felt by people around the coast but also people from outside the region. Subsequent improvements which have been directly coordinated by the Regional Government since 2016; 3) The Impact of Social and Economic Changes in the Village Community in Gumanano, namely better social relations, better relationships, because they often meet at beach tourism locations where the inter-community relations in the tourist area are harmonious, intimate, and getting closer.
