PENERAPAN PRINSIP-PRINSIP ARSITEKTUR BRUTALISME PADA PERENCANAAN PUSAT PAMERAN SENI JALANAN DI KOTA KENDARI

Abstract
ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk merencanakan desain bangunan yang dapat mewadahi kegiatan paraseniman jalanan serta menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Arsitektur Brutalisme pada perancangan Pusat PameranSeni Jalanan di kota Kendari. Pembahasan pada penelitian ini berfokus pada lokasi perencanaan bangunan,kebutuhan ruang, dan penerapan prinsip - prinsip Arsitektur Brutalisme pada bangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan memperolehgambaran seutuhnya mengenai suatu hal menurut pandangan manusia yang diteliti. Sumber data dalampenelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Lokasi tapak tapak terletak di Kota Kendari tepatnya jalanBrigjend M. Yoenoes, dengan luas lahan ±2,3 Ha. Pusat Pameran Seni Jalanan dengan Konsep ArsitekturBrutalisme merupakan sebuah gedung multifungsi yang memadukan fungsi eksibisi dan konferensi denganfungsi untuk mewadahi seluruh kegiatan tentang segala hal yang berbau seni jalanan. Bentuk bangunan yangunik dan asimetris merupakan Penarapan unsur Arsitektur Brutalisme dalam desain perancangan fisikbangunan. Brutalisme menggambarkan perlawanan terhadap bentuk-bentuk yang terlalu perfeksionis,berkolerasi dengan tema seni jalanan yang merupakan bentuk vandalisme atau perlawanan dari para seniman.Kata Kunci: Pusat Pameran, Seni Jalanan, Arsitektur BrutalismeABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to plan a building design that can accommodate the activities of street artistsand apply the principles of brutalism architecture in the design of the Street Art Exhibition Center in KendariCity. The discussion in this study focuses on the location of building planning, space requirements, and theapplication of the principles of brutalism architecture in buildings. The method used in this research is aqualitative research model. Qualitative research aims to obtain a complete picture of something according tothe human perspective being studied. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data.The site of the site is located in Kendari City to be precise on Jalan Brigjend M. Yoenoes, with a land area of± 2.3 Ha. The Street Art Exhibition Center with the Concept of Brutalism Architecture is a multifunctionalbuilding that combines exhibition and conference functions with the function of accommodating all activitiesregarding all things related to street art. The unique and asymmetrical shape of the building is an element ofbrutalism architecture in the physical design of the building. Brutalism describes resistance to forms that aretoo perfectionist, in correlation with the theme of street art which is a form of vandalism or resistance fromthe artists.Keywords: Exhibition Center, Street Art, Brutalism Architecture
