Abstract

ABSTRAKPerencanaan gedung bioskop XXI bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada 2 bioskop di kota kendari.Tulisan ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menguraikan permasalahan dan kebutuhan ruangnya.Data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan data sekunder menggunakan buku referensi,dokumen perencanaan tata ruang dan literature lainnya. Desain ruang dianalisis berdasarkan pola aktivitas pelaku,kebutuhan ruang dan pola hubungan ruangnya. Perencanaan bioskop XXI menggunakan penekanan arsitektur futuristik.Maka hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi yang terpilih adalah Kecamatan Kadia. Fasilitas studio bioskopsebagai fasilitas utama yang ditunjang dengan ruang lainnya seperti lounge, restoran, timezone dan beberapa unit retail.Arsitektur Futuristik dipilih sebagai konsep perancangan untuk diaplikasikan pada interior maupun fasad bangunan,seperti penggunaan fosfor resin pada fasad dan bentuk bangunan yang menyerupai drone.Kata Kunci: Gedung bioskop XXI, Kota Kendari, arsitektur futuristikABSTRACTPlanning for the XXI cinema building aims to solve the problems that exist in 2 cinemas in Kendari city. This paper usesa qualitative descriptive analysis method by describing the problems and space requirements. Primary data were collectedthrough observation and interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data uses reference books, spatial planning documents andother literature. Spatial design is analyzed based on the activity patterns of the actors, space requirements and patterns ofspatial relationships. Planning for the XXI cinema uses an emphasis on futuristic architecture. So the results of this studyindicate that the location chosen was Kadia District. Cinema studio facilities as the main facility supported by other spacessuch as lounges, restaurants, timezone and several retail units. Futuristic architecture was chosen as a design concept to beapplied to interiors and facades of buildings, such as the use of phosphor resin on the facades and building shapes thatresemble drones.Keywords: XXI Cinema Building, Kendari City, futuristic architecture
