Abstract
Kinerja jalan segmen jalan menyempit mencapai LOS E sedangkan Segmen jalan normal dan adanya perlakuan lalu lintas mencapai LOS D. Sugianto Road is one of the connecting lanes for the movement of Kendari City vehicles, this road supports local traffic flow and long-distance traffic flow so that the level of activity along this road section is quite high. In addition, the narrowing of the Sungai Wanggu I bridge, where when entering the Sungai Wanggu I bridge there is a difference in the type of road from 4/2 T to 2/2 TT, resulting in reduced vehicle Kecepatan. On this road section, temporary traffic management has been carried out at the point before entering the Sungai Wanggu I bridge in the form of installing traffic cones aimed at regulating traffic flow patterns and reducing the potential for congestion or long queues, other than that as a lane separator for two-wheeled vehicles and four-wheeled vehicle before entering the bridge. However, with this traffic management effort, it has not been optimal in overcoming congestion on this road section, especially when crossing the triping bridge, causing unstable traffic flow at certain hours such as in the morning and evening. Therefore, before making a comprehensive, integrated, and planned traffic management effort, it is first necessary to know the behavior of traffic flow characteristics such as Volume, Kecepatan, and Kepadatan and the geometric conditions of the road section. This study aims to analyze the relationship between volume, Kecepatan and traffic Kepadatan on bottlenecks on the Z. A Sugianto road section, as well as to determine the performance of road segments based on segment divisions ie Segments of traffic treatment, Normal segments and narrow segments, Research this was carried out in Section ZA Sugianto, Kambu District. Primary data collection was carried out for 7 days starting at 07.00-18.00 WITA with 15 minutes observation interval, the data was taken directly on each segment. Data analysis based on the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) using Microsoft Excel software. The analysis of the relationship of traffic characteristics on the narrowing of the road in Z. A. Sugianto using 4 mathematical approach models, namely the Greenshield model, Greenberg model, Underwood model and Bell model.Based on the analysis of all the segments reviewed, it is known that the relationship model that is suitable for the conditions in the narrowed segment is the Greenberg model with the equation of the relationship between Speed and density (S-D); S = 46,672-8,232 Ln D, Volume and Speed (V-S); V = 46,672D-8,232 D LnD, Volume and Density (V-D); V = 289,996 S. e- 0,1215 S. In the normal road segment, the model that suits the field conditions is the Underwood model with the equation of Speed and density (S-D); S = 34,955 e-0,016D, Volume and Density (V-D); V = 34,95D.e-0,0155D, Volume and Speed (V-S) V = 228,946S -64,418S Ln S and in the segment there is a traffic model treatment accordingly is the Greenberg model with the equation of Speed and density (S-D); S = 67,2467-13,202 Ln D, Volume and Density (V-D); V = 53,600D-9,798D Ln D, Volume and Speed (V-S); V = 162.96S e-0.0757S. Peak volume occurs on Monday, where morning peak volume is obtained 2778.60 Skr/ hour occurs at 07.00-08.00 WITA, during the day it occurs at 14.00-15.00 WITA with volume 2481.35 Skr / hour and peak evening volume occurs at at 16.00-17.00 WITA with a value of 2871.90 Skr / hour and maximum density DM = 121.12 Skr / Km. The performance of the narrowed road segment reaches LOS E while the normal road segment and the traffic treatment reaches LOS D.
