PELAKSANAAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI PT. PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK WILAYAH SULSEL, SULTRA DAN SULBAR UNIT PELAKSANA PELAYANAN PELANGGAN KENDARI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (K3) carried out in the company, regarding K3 management carried out by the company to minimize the occurrence of occupational hazards / work accidents.This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques.The results of the study concluded that the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Main Unit of UP3 Kendari has been running well and in accordance with ministerial regulation number PER 05 / MEN / 1996. However, the implementation still needs to be improved so that it can further improve employee performance in the scope of the companyABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang dilaksanakan di perusahan, menegnai manajemen K3 yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya bahaya kerja/kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar UP3 Kendari sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan peraturan menteri nomor PER 05/MEN/1996. Meski demikian pelaksanaanya masih perlu diperbaiki agar semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di lingkup perusahaanKata Kunci: Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja
