Abstract

Devotion this was done in the title of the application of IPTEKS the act number 19 year 2016 for information and electronic transaction that was done on Monday juli 17th 2017 in the neightborhood students that is in hight school Taruna Bakti, Waena City Jayapura in on Friday in on August 25, 2017 done in the neightborhood students that is in  hight school PGRI, Waena City Jayapura. These activities are done due to lack of understanding about the importance of having the social media has deep implications.I have an  students well and can learn from the case of social media which has taken place and can do prevention at a later date so that social ethics bermedia continue to grow and understand that they will receive the sanctions and everyone who write something sosial media certain social offensive. The outer covering of devotion this is steps and understanding a good about the message of the law number 19 year 2016 for information and electronic transaction for students that is in high school Taruna Bakti Waena City Jayapura and that is in high school PGRI Waena City Jayapura.Keywords: Information, Electronic Transaction
