Abstract

The aims of our activity were to introduce the technology of how to make an hygienic orange squash and also to introduce the extractor machine as appropriate method to get an orange squash. This community service was held during 6 months for Kenanga orange farmers community in Desa Wayantri. Methods we used were presentation and demonstration. This activity is expected to improve the economic value of Kenanga orange especially when it flood out in harvest time. At the same time, we hope this service can bring an impact for the farmers to become an entrepreneur and to provide new alternative job for people around the orange farmer. More over the product of Kenanga orange squash can be one of main agriculture product in Keerom Regency.Keywords:Â hygienic, orange squash, farmer, economic, KeeromÂ
