Abstract

This research analyzes the resistor factors of Owned-Village Enterprise Performance (BUM-Desa/OVE-village) SEJAHTERA in the development of Bleberan Tourist Village in the Playen sub-district, in the regency of Gunung Kidul. It explains various factors that become barriers for the performance of BUM- Desa (OVE-village) Sejahtera which is ineffective in developing Bleberan tourist village. Methodological approach applied in this research is qualitative-descriptive in the particular case. Interview, Observation and documentation are used to gather the data. While data analysis technique is using some steps, there are; selecting data, conducting displaying data, and then concluding the data. In order to gain objective and credible result of research, triangle technique has applied in examining the validity of data. Based on this research, it shows that the performance of BUM-Desa Sejahtera is ineffective because of various factors; (1) the occurring of inconsistency in communication, (2) abuse of authority (3) irregularities of officer (4) lacking of SOP in operating the tasks and the functions.
