Abstract
Bahasa Indonesia
Abstract In the context of improving project efficiency and productivity, effective task management is key. Through observations and interviews with employees from the Design Department of PT INKA (Persero), it was found that the current task management system has limitations in terms of feature customization, especially in terms of visualizing work progress through s-curves and automatic workload calculations. This has the potential to hinder project progress and achieve company goals. To overcome these problems, a task management information system was developed to replace manual processes with more efficient automated functions. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the fit between tasks and technology in the task management system affects employee performance. The quantitative method was used in this study with a survey approach, and adapted the Task Technology Fit (TTF) model. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees of the Design Department of PT INKA (Persero), with a total of 32 usable responses. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS as a tool for evaluating measurement and structural models. The results of hypothesis testing show that Task Technology Fit (TTF) in the task management system does not significantly affect Performance Impact (PI) on employees, characterized by a statistical t value of 1.351 (t 0.05).
