Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Expected Food Pattern (PPH) in rice-farming households in Dembe Jaya Village, North Kota District, Gorontalo City. The novelty of this study lies in an integrated analysis approach that combines AKE, AKP, and PPH scores to comprehensively evaluate food consumption quality at the farming household level. The study used a quantitative survey approach with 54 respondents selected through census techniques. Data were collected through interviews and food recall, then analyzed according to National Food Agency guidelines. The results showed that average energy consumption was 2,032 kcal/capita/day (96.76% of AKE) and protein consumption was 49 grams/capita/day (85.96% of AKP), both in the moderate category. The PPH score was 84.3, indicating that the quality and diversity of food consumption have not reached the ideal level (100).
