Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Pengetahuan, Keterampilan dan sikap berpegaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene. Hipotesis yang di ajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa Pengetahuan, Keterampilan dan sikap berpegaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene yang semuanya di ambil sebagai responden yakni berjumlah 93 orang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrument penelitian yaitu: pengamatan (Observasi), wawancara (Interview), Pembagian Kuesioner (daftar Pertanyaan) dan Dokumentasi. Data akan diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS 22.0.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan. This research aims to analyse whether knowledge, skills and attitudes are based on employee performance dinas perumahan kawasan pemukiman dan pertahanan Majene regency. The hypothesis in this study is that knowledge, skills, and attitudes are based on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this research is the employees dinas perumahan kawasan pemukiman dan pertahanan Majene, all of which were taken as respondents amounting to 93 people. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The research uses three research instruments: observation (observation), interview (interview), Questionnaire division (question list) and documentation. The Data will be processed with the SPSS 22.0 application.Based on the results of the research can be noted that the influence of knowledge, skills and attitudes towards employees ' performance, both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence.
