PENYEBARLUASAN INFORMASI DAN TINGKAT PEMAHAMAN MASYARAKAT PENERIMA KREDIT SIMPAN PINJAM KELOMPOK PEREMPUAN (SPP) PNPM MP DALAM MEMBANGUN EKONOMI KELUARGA DI KABUPATEN MAROS

Abstrak
Abstract This study aimed to determine: the relationship between the levels of the dissemination the information of SPP PNPM and the levels of understanding of the local community, the effect of the level of the dissemination of information on the level of the community participation, the effect of the level of the public understanding of the community participation, the effect of the information dissemination on the level of the community economy, the effect of the level of the public understanding on the level of the community economy, the effect of the community participation on the level of the local economy of the recipients of the SPP PNPM-MP loans in Cenrana sub-district, Maros Regency.The research was an explanatory research using the quantitative and qualitative approaches. The population comprised 566 members of SPP group in PNPM Cenrana sub-district, and the samples of 85 people were chosen using the proportionate stratified sampling technique. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews,observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the Path analysis helped by the SPSS 16.0.The research results revealed that (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between the information dissemination and the level of the community understanding with the coefficient of 0,477 and the significance level of p=0.000; (2) there was a positive and significant effect of the information dissemination on the community participation with the value of the coefficient value (R) of 0.392 and p=0.000; (3) there was a positive and significant effect of the community understanding on the level of the community participation with the (R) value of 0.332 and p=0.001; (4) there was appositive and significant effect of the level of the information dissemination on the level of the community economy with the (R) value of 0.271 and p=0.002; (5) there was appositive and significant effect of the community understanding on the community economy level with the (R) value of 0.178 and p=0.037; (6) there was appositive and significant effect of the level of the community participation on the level of the economy ef the community of the SPP PNPM-MP loan recipients in Cenrana sub-district with the (R) value of 0.478 and p=0.000 or (p<0.05)Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat penyebarluasan informasi SPP PNPM dengan tingkat pemahaman masyarakat, pengaruh tingkat penyebarluasan informasi terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, pengaruh tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, pengaruh tingkat penyebarluasan informasi terhadap tingkat ekonomi masyarakat, pengaruh tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap tingkat ekonomi masyarakat, pengaruh tingkat partisipasi masyakat terhadap tingkat ekonomi masyarakat penerima kredit SPP PNPM MP di kecamatan cenrana kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasinya adalah anggota kelompok SPP PNPM di Kecamatan Cenrana sebanyak 566 orang dan penarikan sampel dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 85 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara penyebarluasan informasi dengan tingkat pemahaman masyarakat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,477 dan taraf signifikansi (p) = 0,000; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan penyebarluasan informasi terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dengan nilai koefisien jalur (R) sebesar 0,392 dan p=0,000; 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dengan nilai R = 0,332 dan p= 0,001; 4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat penyebarluasan informasi terhadap tingkat ekonomi masyarakat dengan nilai R = 0,271 dan p = 0,002; 5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap tingkat ekonomi masyarakat dengan nilai R= 0,178 dan p=0,037; 6) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tingkat partisipasi masyakat terhadap tingkat ekonomi masyarakat penerima kredit SPP PNPM MP di kecamatan cenrana dengan nilai R= 0,478 dan p=0,000; (p<0,05).
