PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN DUKUNGAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP MOTIVASI BERWIRAUSAHA (STUDI KASUS PADA SISWA KELAS XI DI SMK 1 KUDUS T.A 2016/2017)

Abstrak

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Adakah pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, (2) Adakah pengaruh dukungan orang tua terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan dukungan orang tua terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 69. Hasil penelitian diperoleh analisis deskriptif rata-rata pembelajaran kewirausahaan dalam kriteria cukup baik sebesar 63,77%, dukungan orang tua dalam kriteria tinggi sebesar 69,55% dan motivasi berwirausaha dalam rendah sebesar 53,62%. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan dukungan orang tua secara simultan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha sebesar 59,2% dan sisanya 40,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha dengan kontribusi sebesar 30,14%. Dukungan orang tua berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,89%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan dukungan orang tua terhadap motivasi berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XI di SMK 1 Kudus. The problem in this research are: (1) Is there any influence of entrepreneurship learning against of entrepreneurial motivation, (2) Is there any influence of parental support against of entrepreneurial motivation, (3) How big influence entrepreneurship learning and parental support against of entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study were all students of class XI totaling 69. Descriptive analysis of the results obtained by an average of entrepreneurship learning in a good enough criteria of 63,77%, a good parental support in a high criteria of 69,55%, and the entrepreneurial motivation in the low criteria 0f 53,62%. Hypothesis test results showed that there is influence of entrepreneurship learning an parental spport against of entrepreneurial motivation amounted to 59,2% and remaining 40,8% is influenced by other factors nit discussed in this study. Partially entrepreneurship learning significantly affect of entrepreneurial motivation with a contribute of 30,14%. Parental support significantly affect of entrepreneurial motivation with a contribution of 20,89%. Conclusion of the research is that there is positive effect of entrepreneurship learning and parental support against og entrepreneurial motivation in class XI at SMK 1 Kudus.
