Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di PT. Ahmadaris

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja mengandung nilai perlindungan tenaga kerja dari kecelakaan atau penyakit akibat kerja. Jumlah kecelakaan kerja di PT Ahmadaris selama kurun waktu 3 tahun dari tahun 2012 sampai 2014, terbanyak tahun 2014 terdapat 10 kasus atau 2,94% dari kecelakaan yang terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) berdasar Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2012 di PT Ahmadaris. Jenis dan rancangan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan responden pihak yang berwenang dalam penerapan SMK3 di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2012 di PT Ahmadaris dengan jumlah kriteria yang tercapai adalah 39 kriteria dari total 64 kriteria penerapan tingkat awal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini pencapaian penerapan SMK3 PT Ahmadaris sebesar 60,9% dan termasuk kategori perusahaan dengan tingkat penilaian penerapan baik. Disarankan kepada PT Ahmadaris untuk meningkatkan penerapan SMK3 pada kriteria yang belum sesuai. The number of occupational accidents in PT Ahmadaris during a period of 3 years from 2012 to 2014, most of 2014 there were 10 cases or 2,94% of the accidents occurred. The purpose this study was implementation of Goverment Regulation No. 50 in 2012 about SMK3 at PT. Ahmadaris. The type and design study used a qualitative descriptive method by respondents from the authorities in the implementation of SMK3 in the company. The results showed that the implementation of the Goverment Regulation No. 50 in 2012 about SMK3 at PT. Ahmadaris with a number is 39 criteria from a total 64 criteria for adoption of the initial level. Conclusions of this study was achievement of the implementation of SMK3 at PT Ahmadaris by 60,9% and are included in the category of companies with good levels of implementation assessment.
