Penyuluhan Kesehatan melalui Media Video Explainer Berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu

Abstract

ABSTRAK Prevalensi balita stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol Kota Semarang pada tahun 2017 yakni sejumlah 18,6%, terdiri dari 163 balita kategori pendek (z-score TB/U < -2,00 SD) dan balita sangat pendek (z-score TB/U < -3,00 SD) sejumlah 49 balita. Angka ini menempati urutan pertama prevalensi stunting terbanyak di Kota Semarang. 78 orang dari jumlah tersebut yang mengalami stunting adalah anak bawah dua tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adakah pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan melalui media video explainer berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe terhadap pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-experiment dengan rancangan One Grup Pretest Posttest Design. Pengembangan media menggunakan Model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penilaian media video dilakukan oleh ahli media dan ahli gizi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak usia 0-23 bulan sejumlah 232 orang dari 9 kelurahan yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Intrumen penelitian berupa lembar penilaian media dan lembar Pre test dan Post test. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan perangkat SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan melalui media video explainer berbasis Sparkol Videoscribe yaitu nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 (p-value <0,05). The sample were mothers with children aged 0-23 months totaling 232 people from 9 villages in the working area of ​​Poncol Primary Healthcare Center. Research instruments were media assessment sheets and Pre test and Post test sheets. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS 23. The results showed that there were differences in mother’s knowledge about stunting before and after Health Education with Video Explainer Based on Sparkol Videoscribe, with significance value p = 0,000 (p-value <0.05).
