PENGARUH FASILITAS PERPUSTAKAAN, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN KINERJA PUSTAKAWAN TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG MASYARAKAT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan, kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja pustakawan terhadap minat berkunjung masyarakat baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun 2017 dengan jumlah 1.500 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik incidental sampling dan didapatkan responden dengan jumlah 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menggunakan angket, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif persentase, dan analisis uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linear berganda yang dihitung dengan SPSS diperoleh 7,549 + 0,306 X1+ 0,132 X2 + 0,139 X3. Hasil uji simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 28,145 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka ini berarti secara simultan maupun parsial ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas perpustakaan, kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja pustakawan terhadap minat berkunjung masyarakat ke Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang. The aim of this research is to get empirical proof about the influence of library facilities, services quality, and librarian performance to the community interest to visit the library in Pemalang district either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research was all the visitors in the library Pemalang District which is 1.500 person. A technique of data collection with incidental sampling method which is 100 person. A method of data collection in this research is questionnaire, observation, documentation, and conducting interviews. Data analysis in this research is using the method of multiple analysis linear regression, fit and proper analysis, percentage descriptive analysis, and hypothesis test analysis with the help of SPSS for windows 16 program.The results showed multiple linear regression equations calculated with SPSS obtained 7,549 + 0,306 X1+ 0,132 X2 + 0,139 X3. The result of simultaneous test obtained Fcount equal to 28,145with significance 0,000 <0,05 then this mean simultaneously or partially there is positive and significant influence between library facilities, services quality, and librarian performance to the community interest to visit The Library in Pemalang District.
