PENGEMBANGAN MODEL BK KELOMPOK BERBASIS ISLAMI UNTUK PENINGKATAN KONSEP DIRI

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Menemukan model Bimbingan Kelompok berbasis Islami untuk meningkatkan Konsep Diri siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Kudus.. Untuk menghasilkan Model Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis Islami dalam Meningkatan Konsep Diri Siswa tersebut peneliti menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan dengan tahapan-tahapan (1) Persiapan Pengembangan Model (2) Merancang Model Hipotetik (3) Uji Kelayakan Model.( 4) Revisi Model Hipotetik (5) Uji Coba Terbatas (6) Revisi Hasil Uji Coba Terbatas Model Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis Islami dalam Meningkatan Konsep Diri. Subjek uji coba adalah siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah Kudus tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Pada tataran teknis dilakukan analisis data kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental design berupa one-group pretest-posttest design, dan analisis data kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil secara umum dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Model Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis Islami dapat Meningkatkan Konsep Diri Siswa (karena ditemukan bahwa Uji t hitung = 17.562 > t tabel = 1.703 (dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05) maka dapat dikatakan bahwa t hitung > t tabel). This research is a developmental research. The objectives are to find the effective Islamic-based group guidance model to improve self-student concept at SMA Muhammadiyah Kudus. The writer used the following phases in gaining an effective Islamic-based group guidance to improve self-student concept. They are (1) model development preparation, (2) hypothetic model arrangement, (3) model feasibility test, (4) hypothetic model revision, (5) restrictive test, (6) revision of restrictive test result of Islamic-based group guidance in improving self-student concept. The population is grade X of SMA Muhammadiyah Kudus in the academic year 2010/2011. The data were analyzed quantitatively with pre-experimental method (one group pre-test and post-test design), and qualitatively with descriptive analysis. The result showed that Islamic-based group guidance is effective to improve self-student concept. It can be seen from the result of t-test; taccount = 17.562 > ttable = 1.703 with significance of 0.05.
