Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Dengan Pendekatan RME Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematik Dan Self Regulated Learning Siswa SMA

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran koopeatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan RME dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran koopeatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan tanpa RME; (2)mendeskripsikan Self-regulated learning siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran koopeatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan RME dibandingkan model pembelajaran koopeatif tipe STAD tanpa pendekatan RME; (3) mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dan self-regulated learning; dan (4) mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan RME yang dilakukan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pretes-postes desaign control. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Konawe Selatan yang berjumlah 111 orang. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 1 kelas yang diajar dengan tipe STAD dengan pendekatan RME dan 1 kelas yang diajar dengan tipe STAD tanpa pendekatan RME. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dan angket self-regulated learning, yang masing-masing reliabilitasnya 0,841 dan 0,950. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata atau statistik uji-t dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan RME dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD tanpa pendekatan RME; (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan self-regulated learning siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan RME dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD tanpa pendekatan RME; (3) penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan RME dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik dan self-regulated learnin siswa.Kata kunci: Kooperatif STAD, Pendekatan RME, Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Dan Self-Regulated Learning. Abstract: This study aims: (1) to describe an increase in mathematical problem solving abilities of students who are learning using the STAD type coopeative learning model with the RME approach compared to the STAD type coopative learning model with an approach without RME; (2) describe Self-regulated learning students who get learning using the STAD type coopeative learning model with the RME approach compared to the STAD type coopeative learning model without the RME approach; (3) describe the relationship between mathematical problem solving abilities and self-regulated learning; and (4) describe the learning process by using the STAD type cooperative model with the RME approach that the teacher does. This study used a village design control pretest-posttest. The population of the study was all students in class X of SMA Negeri 8 Konawe Selatan, totaling 111 people. The study sample consisted of 1 class taught with the STAD type with the approach of RME and 1 class taught with the STAD type without the RME approach. The research data was obtained through tests of mathematical problem solving abilities and self-regulated learning questionnaires, each of which had reliability of 0.841 and 0.950. Hypothesis testing uses the two average difference test or t-test statistic using the SPSS program. The results showed: (1) there were differences in the improvement of students' mathematical problem solving abilities taught by STAD type cooperative learning with the RME approach compared to STAD type cooperative learning without the RME approach; (2) there are differences in the increase in self-regulated learning of students taught by STAD type cooperative learning with the RME approach compared to STAD type cooperative learning without the RME approach; (3) the application of STAD type cooperative learning with the RME approach can improve mathematical and self-regulated problem solving skills in learning students.
