Farmer satisfaction is an important indicator of the effectiveness of agricultural extension programs. This study aimed to analyze the effect of agricultural extension service quality on rice farmers' satisfaction in Leuwibudah Village, Tasikmalaya Regency. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. A sample of 38 rice farmers was selected using proportionate stratified random sampling to ensure representativeness. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression after validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, followed by F- and t-tests. The results showed that, simultaneously, agricultural extension service quality had a significant effect on farmer satisfaction. Partially, the dimensions of tangibility, reliability, and responsiveness did not have significant effects on farmer satisfaction, whereas the component derived from Principal Component Analysis (PCA) representing assurance and empathy did. These findings highlight the importance of improving agricultural extension service quality, particularly in terms of tangibility, reliability, and responsiveness, while strengthening the aspects represented by assurance and empathy to enhance farmer satisfaction and improve the effectiveness of agricultural extension services.
